Volleyball Recap: David City Scouts vs. Sutton Mustangs
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lakeview, David City was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Sutton Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The Scouts have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.
David City easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18.
Leading David City to victory were Jaiden Ray and Addison Kuhlman. Ray had seven digs and two aces, while Kuhlman had two aces. That's the most aces Kuhlman has posted in her last seven contests.
