Volleyball Recap: Brunswick Blue Devils vs. Euclid Panthers
While Brunswick's victory against Euclid wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Blue Devils sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Panthers on Tuesday. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Brunswick who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 23-25, 25-20, 21-25, 18-16.
Jarrod Delattre paced Brunswick's offense, picking up ten kills. Delattre got some help from Nathan Frick and his 20 assists. Delattre was also solid from the service line: he led the team with nine aces.
