Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Academy of Aerospace and Engineering). Everything went their way against the Hartford Public Owls on Wednesday as they made off with a 24-5 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Jets also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Academy of Aerospace and Engineering and bumps their season record up to 2-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 20.0 runs over those games. As for Hartford Public, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Academy of Aerospace and Engineering will face off against University at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hartford Public, they are taking a road trip to square off against Prince RVT at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
