Volleyball Recap: Kennesaw Mountain Takes a Loss

Kennesaw Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the East Coweta Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

Kennesaw Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for East Coweta, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Kennesaw Mountain wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against North Atlanta on the 14th. As for East Coweta, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Johns Creek on the 12th.
