Basketball Recap: Delcambre Takes a Loss

Delcambre lost against Ascension Episcopal back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Delcambre Panthers received a blow as they fell 24-9 to Ascension Episcopal. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Delcambre's defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Ascension Episcopal, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-7 record this season.

Delcambre will be playing at home against Houma Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 14th. As for Ascension Episcopal, they will challenge Jeanerette at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
