Fans got a thrill when Javone Morgan and Paul Cortez connected against Summit. The connection was good for 68 yards, the longest such play in San Andreas this season.

San Gorgonio moved up to 127 from 177 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Spartans were able to move up by defeating Yucaipa 32-31.

Morgan threw for 273 yards and 3 touchdowns. He went 17-29 with 1 interception.

Dante Finney was the best running back in the league this week. In 16 carries, he ran for 192 yards as San Gorgonio lost to Perris. Teammate Tahir Rasheed-Mills added to the ground attack by rushing for 194 yards.

Stephens was the best wideout in San Andreas this week as the Cardinals fell to the Panthers. Stephens tallied 3 receptions for 80 yards.

Morgan put up the best numbers through the air as Rialto topped the SkyHawks. Morgan's favorite target this week was Cortez, who caught 2 passes for 73 yards.

6-foot-1 quarterback Morgan of the Knights is the league leader in passing yards this season with 738. He has also thrown 7 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Nathan Meadors. The San Gorgonio star has 10 catches for 248 yards.

Ron Gueringer's team extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Thunderbirds, 32-31. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
