Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Glen Ridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They breezed past Newark Collegiate Academy to the tune of 33-0 on Saturday. The Ridgers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Cedar Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Glen Ridge, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Cedar Grove took their victory against Glen Ridge when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 49-28 score.
