Volleyball Recap: Ashton-Franklin Center Comes Up Short

Ashton-Franklin Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Milledgeville Missiles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Missiles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Ashton-Franklin Center may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 14 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14.

Ashton-Franklin Center's defeat dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Milledgeville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 20 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-5 record this season.
