Walnut Ridge was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Tuckerman on Monday. The Bobcats put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 14-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Bobcats, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Walnut Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Tuckerman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.
