Volleyball Recap: Juneau-Douglas Triumphs + How To Watch

The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears were able to grind out a solid win over the Ketchikan Kings on Friday, taking the game 3-1.

Juneau-Douglas had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-16, 25-22, 25-19.

Cambry Lockhart went supernova, getting 28 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in August of 2024.

Juneau-Douglas was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive contests.

Juneau-Douglas' victory bumped their record up to 18-12-6. As for Ketchikan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-12-2.
