Bishop Moore had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Winter Springs Bears 3-0 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won five in a row.

Leading Bishop Moore to victory were Marc Francis Callejas and Cole Ferris. Callejas had 17 digs and three assists, while Ferris had 11 digs and two aces. Callejas is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 13 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Bishop Moore's win bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Winter Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-10.

Looking ahead, Bishop Moore will head out on the road to square off against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silverhawks will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight. Winter Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
