Volleyball Recap: John Paul the Great Academy Guardians vs. Old Bethel Christian
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Christian Home Educators Fellowship, John Paul the Great Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on Old Bethel Christian with a sharp 3-0 win. The Guardians were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on Old Bethel Christian, so the Guardians were just returning the favor.
John Paul the Great Academy never let Old Bethel Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18, 25-22.
Emily Johnson was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had eight aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Autumn Terrance, who had six assists and four aces.
