Basketball Game Preview: Red Creek Rams vs. East Rochester Bombers

Red Creek is 2-8 against East Rochester since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Red Creek Rams will welcome the East Rochester Bombers at 6:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Red Creek came up short against Gananda Central on Thursday, falling 49-26. The match marked the Rams' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, East Rochester's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 71-15 loss at the hands of Bloomfield. Having soared to a lofty 58 points in the game before, East Rochester couldn't push the score so high this time.

East Rochester's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Red Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Red Creek took a serious blow against East Rochester in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 77-28. Can Red Creek avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
