Baseball Recap: Craig County Comes Up Short

Craig County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Narrows Green Waves, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Green Waves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 33-1 back in April.

Craig County's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Narrows, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-2.

Coming up, Craig County will be playing at home against Bland County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Narrows, they will venture away from home to square off against Bath County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
