Soccer Recap: Lamar Wins Going Away Against Mitchell

Lamar kept a clean sheet against Mitchell on Saturday. They blew past the Marauders 10-0. Tatum Milenski was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Lamar used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Mitchell. And. The pair took full advantage of the opportunity: Josylynn Rodriguez scored three goals and one assist, while she scored two goals.

Lamar is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those six matches. As for Mitchell, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-14.
