Baseball Recap: St. John's Bluejays vs. Fort Recovery Indians
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but St. John ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Fort Recovery Indians. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. John's.
Collin Feathers was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and a triple.
St. John's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Fort Recovery, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-11.
St. John's does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Recovery, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tri-Village at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Fort Recovery is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
