Football Recap: Santee Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Santee's offense. They were beaten by the Parkview Christian Patriots 68-0 on Friday. The Warriors lost against the Patriots in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 58-33 score last time.

Parkview Christian found their leader in sophomore Luke Omel, who threw for 120 yards and five TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes.

Santee's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Parkview Christian, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Santee will head out on the road to square off against Cody-Kilgore at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkview Christian, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Shelton at 4:00 p.m. on the 19th.
