Volleyball Recap: Aragon Takes a Loss

Aragon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain View Spartans.

Ailesh Chauhan paced Aragon's offense, picking up nine kills. Chauhan got some help from Abnik Singh and his 11 assists. Finally, Chauhan was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Aragon's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Mountain View, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.

Aragon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against MacDonald on the 5th. As for Mountain View, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Saint Francis on the 5th.
