Volleyball Recap: John Adams Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

John Adams kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Harvey Red Raiders. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-18.

Among those leading the charge was Ja'Zarie Davis, who had eight aces. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high.

Coincidentally, John Adams and Harvey will both be playing Cleveland Central Catholic the next time they take the court. The Rebels will head out to face the Ironmen at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Red Raiders will play them later in the day, at 11:30 a.m.
