Football Recap: Orestimba Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Orestimba extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 2-7. They were beaten by the Ripon Christian Knights 57-0. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

As for Ripon Christian, they pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Amos Cady had a dynamite game, rushing for 76 yards and one score on only seven carries, while also picking up 31 receiving yards and one TD. Lushen Sanders was in the mix as well, providing Ripon Christian with two touchdowns.

Orestimba has already played their next matchup, a 42-28 defeat against Escalon on the 31st. As for Ripon Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 55-14 loss against Sonora on the 31st.
