Football Game Preview: Baker County Wildcats vs. Baldwin Indians

The Baker County Wildcats will square off against the Baldwin Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Baker County and three for Baldwin.

Baker County is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Middleburg on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Wildcats lost 33-7 to the Broncos. The Wildcats were down 26-0 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Baldwin's offense. They fell 6-0 to Bishop Snyder on Thursday.

Even if they lost, Baldwin's defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Baldwin's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Baker County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
