Millbury came into Monday's contest looking for another win against Notre Dame Academy, but Addison Cutting wouldn't allow it. The Rebels came out on top against the Woolies by a score of 3-1 on Monday for which the team can thank Cutting, who had 25 digs and six aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Notre Dame Academy was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 18-25, 25-22.

When it comes to explaining why Millbury lost, don't look at Lyla Alves. Despite the final result, she had nine digs and two aces. Amaya Brooks also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Notre Dame Academy and bumps their season record up to 16-1. As for Millbury, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-14.

Coming up, Notre Dame Academy will host Doherty Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Millbury, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Advanced Math & Science Academy on the 22nd.
