Volleyball Recap: Minnetonka Comes Up Short

Minnetonka lost against Lakeville North back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Skippers lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Skippers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Minnetonka had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-22.

Minnetonka's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Lakeville North, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Minnetonka will challenge Prior Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Lakeville North and East Ridge will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
