Volleyball Recap: San Dimas Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

San Dimas had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the California Condors 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Saints also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

San Dimas never let California on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-12.

Juliana Picazo paced San Dimas' offense, picking up eight kills. Picazo got some help from Jayden Hanson and her 11 assists. Maile Carranza and Neriah Bobadilla kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

San Dimas' victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for California, they moved to 3-10 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

After both having extra time off, San Dimas and South Hills will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for California, they will challenge Los Altos at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
