Soccer Recap: Caprock Academy Takes a Loss

Caprock Academy came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Liberty Common, falling 7-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Caprock Academy of the 7-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Caprock Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Liberty Common, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3-1.

Caprock Academy has already played their next contest, a 6-1 defeat against Grand Valley on the 30th. As for Liberty Common, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Fort Morgan on the 30th.
