Baseball Recap: Lincoln Park Comes Up Short

Lincoln Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evanston Wildkits. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wildkits when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lincoln Park's loss dropped their record down to 13-18. As for Evanston, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-16.

Coming up, Lincoln Park will take on Glenbrook North at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Evanston, they will be playing at home against St. Patrick at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
