Soccer Recap: Tilden Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Tilden was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 4-1 to the Farragut Admirals. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Tilden were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Judy Christ Cossuo, who's now up to five this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Tilden and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Farragut, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Coming up, Tilden will face off against Gage Park at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Tilden will be up against Gage Park's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.75 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Farragut has already played their next game (against Richards), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
