Baseball Game Preview: Canoga Park Hunters vs. Fulton Jaguars

The Canoga Park Hunters will square off against the Fulton Jaguars at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Having struggled with six losses in a row dating back to last season, Canoga Park turned things around against Panorama on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Pythons as they made off with a 31-8 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Hunters considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, Fulton made easy work of Northridge Academy on Wednesday and carried off a 12-2 win. The victory continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Pumas: they've now won five in a row.

Canoga Park's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Fulton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Everything went Canoga Park's way against Fulton in their previous matchup back in March of 2022, as Canoga Park made off with a 19-1 win. Does Canoga Park have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fulton turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
