After losing to Madison-Grant the last time they met, Frankton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Argylls 3-2 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since August 30th.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (99-97) Frankton actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-17, 25-23, 11-25, 15-9.

Macy Curtis paced Frankton's offense, picking up 12 kills. Curtis got some help from Kaydence Banda and her 19 assists. Banda was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Frankton's victory bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Madison-Grant, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-16.

Frankton has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Tipton on the 1st. As for Madison-Grant, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Wes-Del on the 2nd.
