Softball Recap: Dickinson's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Dickinson and Minot pushed the score to 28-5 the last time they played Minot, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Midgets fell just short of the Magicians by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty 26 runs in the game before, the Midgets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dickinson fell to 3-1. As for Minot, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Magicians beat Dickinson by a score of 3-2 later that day.
