Soccer Recap: Pioneer Comes Up Short

If Pioneer was feeling good fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Workman back in December of 2024, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pioneer Titans fell just short of the Santa Fe Chiefs by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Chiefs recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Pioneer's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Santa Fe, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-1-3 record this season.

Pioneer will challenge Glenn at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Santa Fe, they will square off against California at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
