While Mt. Carmel didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the El Capitan Vaqueros on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Sundevils sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Mt. Carmel's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for El Capitan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Mt. Carmel will take on Cherokee in a tournament on Friday. As for El Capitan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Valhalla on the 23rd.
