Softball Recap: Father Lopez's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

There's no place like home for Father Lopez, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Warner Christian Academy Eagles on Tuesday by a score of 18-3 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 26-17 back in March.

Father Lopez's win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-8. As for Warner Christian Academy, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Father Lopez does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Warner Christian Academy, they will square off against Trinity Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
