Volleyball Recap: Agua Fria Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Agua Fria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Peoria Panthers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Gianna Grzyb paced Agua Fria's offense, picking up seven kills. Grzyb got some help from Isabella Bernal and her 15 assists. Ellianna Gardner controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Agua Fria's loss dropped their record down to 2-26. As for Peoria, their win bumped their record up to 7-15.

Agua Fria wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Estrella Foothills on the 27th. As for Peoria, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Deer Valley on the 27th.
