Southern Fulton had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Rockwood Rockets get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 13 matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

The result came thanks to Owen Oakman's shutout, as he gave up just four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Joel Fitz was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Kaiden Schriever was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one stolen base.

Southern Fulton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .364 or higher in four consecutive contests.

Southern Fulton's win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Rockwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.

As of now, neither Southern Fulton nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
