It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Southampton had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They blew past the Miller Place Panthers, posting a 73-43 win. The Mariners have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 contests by 24 points or more this season.

Southampton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Naevon Williams, who posted 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyson Reddick, who earned 19 points.

The victory (which was Southampton's 13th in a row) raised their record to 20-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.2 points. As for Miller Place, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coming up, Southampton will face off against Mount Sinai at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Miller Place does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
