Baseball Recap: Baldwin-Woodville Comes Up Short

If Baldwin-Woodville was riding high fresh off their 12-2 takedown of Unity on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Blackhawks took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fall Creek Crickets on Saturday.

Baldwin-Woodville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Fall Creek, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baldwin-Woodville will face off against Prescott at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fall Creek, they will head out to challenge Bloomer at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
