Preview: Kendrick Tigers vs. Grangeville Bulldogs
Kendrick is 0-10 against Grangeville since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Kendrick Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Grangeville Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Kendrick is coming into the game hot, having won their last ten games.
Last Thursday, Kendrick was able to grind out a solid win over Lapwai, taking the game 49-40.
Meanwhile, Grangeville scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat St. Maries 80-24 at home. With Grangeville ahead 53-11 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Kendrick pushed their record up to 12-1 with that victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Grangeville, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.
Kendrick suffered a grim 58-37 defeat to Grangeville when the teams last played back in January of 2022. Can Kendrick avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
