Basketball Recap: Wilson Creek Comes Up Short

Wilson Creek entered their contest against Soap Lake on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Wilson Creek Devils took a 27-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Soap Lake Eagles. The Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 37-27.

This is the second loss in a row for Wilson Creek and nudges their season record down to 14-11. As for Soap Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Wilson Creek nor Soap Lake have any future games scheduled.
