Game recap: Blue Springs High School Football Team defeats DeSmet Jesuit

BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. - Blue Springs (Mo.) snapped DeSmet Jesuit (St. Louis, Mo.)'s 6-game winning streak, with a 42-7 victory on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Wylson Lamb touchdown pass to Darrius Shepherd in the first quarter, the Wildcats led 28-0 at the half.

Blue Springs expanded its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. BS's lone score in the quarter came on a Dalvin Warmack touchdown run.

Warmack was the top performer for the Wildcats. The junior ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored 43 touchdowns on the season.

Conner Harrison played well for the Spartans. The senior quarterback threw one touchdown.



DeSmet Jesuit's lone touchdown came on a 5-yard pass from Harrison to Alec Bausch in the fourth quarter.

Blue Springs entered the contest giving up 21.4 points per game this year.
