While La Costa Canyon might've come up empty on Thursday, Norah Coulsell wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the defeat, Coulsell was still locked in as she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in 12 consecutive appearances.
