Bellbrook had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Wayne Warriors a 10-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Bellbrook back to even at 9-9. As for Wayne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bellbrook will venture away from home to challenge Greeneview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rams have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season.
