Basketball Game Preview: Camanche Indians vs. Bellevue Comets

After both having extra time off, the Camanche Indians and the Bellevue Comets will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Camanche will head into Friday's contest out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune last Friday. They had to suffer through a 76-30 loss at the hands of Cascade. The Indians have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Bellevue came into Friday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Anamosa by a score of 61-54 last Friday.

Camanche's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Bellevue, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Camanche came up short against Bellevue in their previous meeting back in January, falling 69-59. Can Camanche avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
