Soccer Game Preview: Leon vs. Lincoln + How To Watch

For the first time this season, Leon will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They are taking a road trip to challenge the Lincoln Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Leon fans will have to keep waiting for their team to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Florida State University High School on Tuesday. Sam Ito had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Leon.

Meanwhile, Lincoln gave up the first goal on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Florida State University High School by a score of 3-1. The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of three yellow cards before it was all over: Lincoln's Gavin Poucher and Adam Askar and Florida State University High School's William Simpson were all carded.

Leon was able to grind out a solid win over Lincoln in their previous matchup back in January, winning 2-0. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
