It's playoff time, and Whitmire had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the North Eagles by a score of 8-3 on Saturday.

Crue Keller was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Whitmire is undefeated when Keller posts two or more runs, but 9-15 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Dalton Williams, who went 1-for-2 with three runs and one double.

Whitmire's win bumped their record up to 12-15. As for North, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Whitmire didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 defeat against Abbeville on the 11th. North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
