Basketball Recap: McKay Takes a Loss

McKay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 79-64 to the South Albany Redhawks. That's two games in a row now that the Royal Scots have lost by exactly 15 points.

McKay's record is now 6-13. As for South Albany, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McKay will take on West Albany at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Albany knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 matchups -- so hopefully McKay likes a good challenge. As for South Albany, they will face off against Woodburn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
