Soccer Recap: Hoosic Valley Takes a Loss

The Hoosic Valley Hawks didn't have quite enough to beat the Whitehall Railroaders on Friday and fell 2-1. Hoosic Valley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Sophia Akin, who's now up to three this season.

Hoosic Valley's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Whitehall, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hoosic Valley will host Fort Ann at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitehall, they will face off against Hoosick Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
