The Maclay Marauders will square off against the Leon Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Maclay is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

On Friday, neither Maclay nor Clay could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The outcome might've been different if Reid Roberts hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Zach Ghazvini and Roberts scored both of Maclay's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, Leon managed to keep up with Chiles until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lions lost 5-0 to the Timberwolves. Leon have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Leon now has a losing record of 1-2. With that draw, Maclay's record moves to 2-0-2.

Everything went Maclay's way against Leon when the teams last played back in January, as Maclay made off with a 9-1 win. In that matchup, the Marauders amassed a halftime lead of 5-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
