It was a good run, but Carter unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell to the Fulton Falcons 58-53. The Green Hornets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 79-72.

Carter's defeat dropped their record down to 26-10. As for Fulton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-16.

Coming up, Carter will venture away from home to square off against Greeneville on Monday. Greeneville will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Carter surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fulton, they will welcome Unicoi County on Monday. Fulton will be up against Unicoi County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.62 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
