Baseball Recap: Calhoun Takes a Loss

Calhoun and Reeltown squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Calhoun had to settle for second. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 16-0 to the Rebels, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 on Friday.

Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Reeltown, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season.

While Calhoun had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
